Working Class Studio - SCAD

Working Class Studio is a product development venture of the Savannah College of Art and Design that cultivates and promotes the work of talented SCAD students, alumni, and faculty artists.
The College was founded in 1978 in Savannah, Georgia and continues today with three locations. SCAD prepares talented students for professional careers, emphasizing learning through individual attention in a university environment.
An innovative concept for educational institution, Working Class Studio marries function with fine art to deliver a well-curated, ever-expanding mix of home decor. These delightful handmade works are original and brilliant.
Their latest product features designs from illustrator Allan Drummond, who is currently the professor of illustration at SCAD. Un Petit Tour de Lacoste depicts the sights and sounds of Lacoste, France, which is home to SCAD-Lacoste. The village in France welcomes students each quarter to study in its inspiring setting. Now shoppers can enjoy these images with a stylish tabletop collection, which includes a serving platter and appetizer/dessert plate set. Mix these in with your everyday china and bring your table alive.
